Arturo Massaro I'mPossible is an experienced trainer, coach, and facilitator with a diverse background in leadership development and personal empowerment. Currently serving as a Trainer at Polpharma Biologics since August 2022, Arturo also co-founded Conscious World Agents in December 2020. As the founder of Dreamschool since August 2015, Arturo helps individuals realize their dreams and aspirations. With a strong history in training and coaching spanning several organizations such as Zanders, MAW-training, Woonstad Rotterdam, Novartis, Sarcoidose.nl, and DSM, Arturo specializes in leadership, collaboration, and safety awareness. Arturo holds multiple degrees in empowerment, coaching, and solution-focused thinking, complemented by certification as a Trainer & Coach in DiSC.
