Heni Abida is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and operational leadership within the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategy & Transformation at Polpharma Biologics since 2023, Heni drives strategic planning and decision-making processes in a rapidly scaling environment. Previous roles include Managing Director Europe and Global Director of Strategy & Business Development for Medical Devices at Rakuten Medical, where Heni led organizational operations and business growth initiatives. Heni's background also includes a tenure as a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on M&A and corporate strategy, and a Project Lead role at Air Liquide, where Heni developed new product offerings. Heni holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Ecole normale supérieure and multiple advanced degrees in genetics, microbiology, and management.
