Natalia Kamont currently serves as Senior Director of Quality Management Systems & Compliance at Polpharma Biologics, overseeing inspections and audits management alongside pharmaceutical authorities' inspection readiness programs. With extensive experience at Polpharma since October 2004, roles have included Head of Polpharma Group Quality, where responsibilities encompassed the development and oversight of corporate quality management system processes, standards implementation, and quality assurance for both medicinal products and third-party manufacturing. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Gdansk, complemented by additional studies at the Economic Development Agency and Medical University of Lodz.
