Beata Herman

Beata Herman is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the Global Project Management Department at Polpharma since April 2016. With a background in leading external development and in-licensing projects for new Food Supplements, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, and medicinal products, Beata excels in optimizing time-to-market and coordinating cross-functional project teams. Previously, Beata held multiple roles at Polpharma, including Business Development Senior Project Manager and Junior Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing CHC and Rx projects and negotiating licensing agreements. Beata also has significant experience in regulatory affairs, having coordinated regulatory procedures and audited registration dossiers to ensure compliance with EU standards. Beata holds a Master of Science degree from the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology University of Gdańsk - Medical University of Gdańsk, completed in 2003.
