Jane Pearson

Jane Pearson is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on creditors' rights and bankruptcy. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Polsinelli since May 2018, Jane has been a Member at Foster Pepper PLLC since 1992, where Jane chairs the Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy practice and specializes in complex insolvency, bankruptcy, and reorganizations. Jane has also held leadership roles, including a position on the firm's Executive Committee from 2007 to 2009 and again from 2013 to 2017. Prior to these roles, Jane was a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from 1990 to 1992 and a Shareholder and Associate at Sheinfeld, Maley & Kay P.C. from 1983 to 1990. Jane holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Puget Sound.
