Amelia Daszkiewicz

Amelia Daszkiewicz is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law and a strong background in legal counsel roles. Since August 2017, Amelia has served as Legal Counsel at Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. Prior to this position, Amelia was a Senior Associate and Legal Counsel at SSW Spaczynski, Szczepaniak i Wspolnicy sp.k. from February 2016 to August 2017, and began the legal career at Tomczak & Partnerzy as Legal Counsel, leading the corporate law team from February 2012 until February 2016. Amelia specializes in representing business entities in legal proceedings, providing tax advisory services, and offering comprehensive legal advisory for M&A transactions, due diligence, and investment agreements.
