Damian Marcinkiewicz

Damian Marcinkiewicz is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Member of the Polish HR Association since April 2024. From September 2023 to October 2024, Damian worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant 360 at Square One Resources - Poland, where responsibilities included developing a client portfolio for IT and engineering positions and managing comprehensive recruitment processes. Prior to this, Damian was the Head of the Recruitment Department at IT CONNECT Ltd. from August 2018 to August 2023, overseeing client acquisition, recruitment policy, and departmental management. Earlier career experience includes IT Recruitment Specialist roles and an internship at the District Court in Wołomin.
