Paolo Ventura

Paolo Ventura is currently working as the Treasury and Accounting Manager at Dipharma Francis S.r.l. Prior to this, Ventura was the Finance Manager at Polti Group where Paolo coordinated finance and accounting teams across multiple countries. Before that, Ventura held various roles at GE Power & Water, including South Europe Finance Manager / Controller and EMEA US GAAP Finance Manager / Controller, where Paolo managed accounting teams and improved processes. Ventura also worked as the Finance Manager Projects at GE Oil & Gas, focusing on project finance and revenue stabilization. With a degree in Economics from MILANO UNIVERSITA' CATTOLICA, Ventura has a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
