Mark Blasco

Mark Blasco is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in design-build and project management within the healthcare sector, particularly for the USAF Medical Facility Modernization Program. Currently employed at Polu Kai Services since July 2019, Mark has consistently focused on improving program processes and project execution methodologies. Previous roles include senior positions at Health Facility Solutions Company and United Excel Corporation, where Mark managed significant hospital modernization projects and developed integrated design-build procedures. With a career spanning over four decades, Mark has held various leadership roles at notable organizations such as HDR Design-Build and Skanska USA Building Inc., demonstrating expertise in both domestic and international projects. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
