Pooja Swarup Saxena

Pooja Swarup Saxena has a diverse range of work experience. Pooja began their career in 2007 with a hands-on technical experience role at Pant Agricultural University, where they received training in immunological techniques and plant tissue culture. Pooja then worked as a market research trainee at Ranbaxy CV in 2009. In 2010, they served as a marketing trainee at Proalgen Biotech Ltd. From 2011 to 2014, Pooja worked as a product specialist at Arcotech Biochem Ltd, where they were responsible for brand management, market research, marketing strategy, and product marketing. Pooja then joined Poly Medicure Ltd in 2014 and held various positions, including senior product executive, assistant product manager, deputy manager, and lead training and scientific education.

Pooja Swarup Saxena has a diverse education history. Pooja obtained a postgraduate diploma in Training & Development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) in 2021-2022, with a focus on workforce development and training. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus from 2008 to 2010. Pooja also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biotechnology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which they earned between 2005 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Pooja has also pursued additional certifications, including Instructional Design: Needs Analysis from LinkedIn and certifications in Healthcare Communication and Neuro Linguistic Programming from Indian Institute of Healthcare Communication and VRnlp respectively.
