Caitlin Gladman

Caitlin Gladman has an extensive work experience spanning from 2003 to 2022. Caitlin began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Victorian College of Pharmacy, Monash University in 2003. Caitlin then worked as an Office Administrator at EMQ Pty Ltd in 2004, followed by a role as Office Manager at Iliad in the same year. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Biota Pharmaceuticals in various roles, including Senior Project Manager, Drug Discovery and Project Manager. In 2015, they became a Cancer Research Manager at the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, the University of Melbourne. Caitlin then moved to Certara in 2017 as Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development. In 2020, they took on the role of Clinical and Business Development Manager at 360biolabs Pty Ltd. Currently, they are the Head of Commercial Operations at PolyActiva and Vice President, Communications (Partnerships & BD) at Exopharm Ltd.

Caitlin Gladman completed their PhD in Organic Chemistry at the University of Melbourne in 2003. Caitlin had previously obtained a BSc (Hons) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Melbourne in 1998. In 2020, they obtained a Good Clinical Practice for Laboratory Staff (ICH E6(R2)) certification from Calendonian Clinical Training. In 2018, they obtained a Youth Mental Health First Aid certification from Mental Health First Aid Australia.
