Jose Carlos Berlioz

Jose Carlos Berlioz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jose Carlos is currently working as a Solutions Engineer at PolyAI starting from April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Talkdesk as a Solutions Engineer from October 2021 to March 2023, where they provided pre-sales support and assisted with sales efforts. Before that, at Apple, they held multiple roles including Special Projects Lead from February 2021 to October 2021, where they supported the launch of Exposure Notifications in multiple countries. Jose Carlos was also a Retail Team Lead from March 2020 to February 2021, managing a team of retail employees. Jose Carlos started their career at Apple as a Pro (Sales Engineering) from March 2015 to March 2020, where they performed product demonstrations to various stakeholders.

Jose Carlos Berlioz completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2012 to 2014. Jose Carlos then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at the University of Central Florida from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Jose obtained certifications as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) and an Apple Certified iOS Technician from Apple in June 2016.
