Richard Schuman

Richard Schuman is a seasoned professional in channel sales management with extensive experience across various companies and regions. Currently serving as Channel Manager for the West Region at PolyAI since March 2025, Richard specializes in developing customer-led conversational assistants. Prior to this role, Richard was the Director of Channel Sales at Level AI, where responsibilities included developing channel and partnership strategies for North America.
