Surendra Awasthi

Surendra Awasthi is a seasoned IT and digitalization professional currently serving as Chief Manager at Polycab India Limited since July 2023. Prior to this role, Surendra was Head of IT and Digitalization at Runaya from August 2021 to June 2023, having also held the position of Lead Digital & IT at Tata Steel Long Products Limited for a brief period. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager at Tata Steel and Assistant Manager at Vedanta Limited in the Aluminium Business from November 2013 to February 2021. Surendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science, completed in 2013, and a higher secondary degree from School for Excellence, Chhatarpur, obtained in 2007.
