Abhijeet Mahagaonkar

Abhijeet Mahagaonkar has over 12 years of experience in the technology field. Abhijeet began their career in 2009 as an Intern at Bharat Electronics Limited. In 2009 they also began working at Cisco Systems as an Engineer Technical Services, where they resolved critical customer reported issues and designed and developed an automated tool to collect and analyze daily workflow data. In 2013 they joined VMware as a Member of Technical Staff 3, where they were responsible for leading developer tools and automation strategy. In 2016 they joined StackRox (which was later acquired by Red Hat) as a Member of Technical Staff - Founding Infrastructure Engineer, where they were the lead architect of multi-cloud infra for all code, data, and tools. In 2017 they joined Pensando Systems as an Engineering. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Polychain Capital, where they are responsible for all things Engineering and Security.

Abhijeet Mahagaonkar completed their Masters of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from PES Institute of Technology. Abhijeet also holds a High School Diploma from Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, Mysore, where they majored in STEM. Additionally, Abhijeet has a CCNA certification from Cisco Systems, which they obtained in January 2010.
