Jack Duckworth

Jack Duckworth is an experienced music industry professional with a progressive career spanning over several years. Currently serving as A&R Director at Polydor Records since March 2020, Jack has also held titles including Senior A&R Manager and A&R Manager within the same organization. In addition, Jack serves as Head of A&R at Chaos Records since January 2024. Past roles include Label Manager & A&R at Good Company Records, A&R at Warner Bros. Records / 2TE Records, and various positions at The Clapham Grand, including Freelance Production Manager and Technical & Production Assistant. As an artist manager, Jack worked with GO ARTIST MANAGEMENT LIMITED and Starwood Management, and co-founded Murky Events. Jack's extensive experience in A&R and artist management showcases a solid foundation in the music industry.
