Elena Fusi

Elena Fusi has extensive experience in customer service and order management, beginning in 1994 with roles in various companies, including Cooperativa Solidarietà Due Scarl and Branopac srl, where responsibilities included managing telephone orders, correspondence, shipping, and translations between German and Italian. From 2006 to the present, Elena Fusi has worked in the Branopac division of Antalis and Polyedra Spa, consistently performing order entry, offer processing, and customer confirmations using specialized software. Currently, Elena Fusi serves in a similar capacity at Chimar, focusing on sales order entry, purchase orders, and shipping logistics. Elena Fusi holds a diploma in Business and Foreign Language Correspondence as well as a regional certification in IT from Centro Formazione Professionale B.F. Vigorelli.
