Sophie TALANDIER is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines for both the Département des Opérations and the Centre de Gestion National at POLYEXPERT since December 2022, Sophie has previously held key HR positions at companies such as HERMIONE RETAIL, Terra Lacta, JCMI, Semat, and MALICHAUD ATLANTIQUE, accumulating extensive experience in HR management and payroll. Sophie holds a Master 2 degree in Gestion des ressources humaines from IAE de Poitiers and professional certifications in Human Resources from ISFAC and CIPECMA, alongside a Baccalauréat Scientifique with a specialization in Mathematics.
