Senior Design Engineer at Polyganics

Linda Keijzer has work experience as a Design Engineer at Polyganics BV since February 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Function Development Engineer at Philips from April 2013 to January 2016. Linda also completed two Master theses, one focused on tissue engineering of vascular grafts from March 2012 to November 2012, and the other on the design of an implantable microelectrode for chronic neural recording from March 2011 to August 2011.

Linda Keijzer has a strong educational background in the field of bioengineering and biomedical engineering. Linda completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Bioengineering at Trinity College Dublin from 2010 to 2011. Linda further pursued their studies in the field by obtaining another Master of Science (MSc) in Biomedical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University from 2011 to 2012.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, Linda completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Groningen. Linda obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Life Science & Technology, studying at the university from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Linda Keijzer has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include a certification in Biocompatibility of medical devices (Course A) from NAMSA in October 2021, a certification in Continuing education for the biological safety specialist (Course B) from NAMSA in October 2021, a certification in GMP basic training (including cleanroom) from Polyganics BV in June 2017, and a Design for Six Sigma Green belt certification obtained in December 2014.
