Bill McCabe

Bill McCabe currently serves as the National Manager of Talent Acquisition at Polyglass U.S.A., Inc. / Mapei, a leader in roofing product innovation since March 2018. Prior to this role, Bill operated as a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Consultant, assisting multi-billion dollar clients in the manufacturing and education sectors. Bill's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Gilbane Building Company and the Head of Talent Acquisition at Brunswick Corporation, where recruitment strategies were aligned with organizational visions. Bill began career in recruitment at Follett Software and gained additional experience as a Contract Recruiter with major companies like Motorola and Wellpoint/Unicare. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University, complemented by minors in Psychology and Music.
