Dan Stough

Dan Stough is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in developing financial market data APIs at Polygon.io since July 2024. Previously, Dan served as a Senior Engineer at HashiCorp, leading the Self-Managed Consul Service Mesh team, and contributed significantly to multi-cloud service mesh solutions. Dan's experience includes core engineering roles at Replicated, focusing on cloud-native software delivery with Kubernetes, and instructing full-stack development in JavaScript at DigitalCrafts. Additionally, Dan has held multiple contracting positions at Chick-fil-A, converting legacy systems to modern architectures, and managed engineering teams at Keysight Technologies, delivering cloud platform services and driving significant cost savings through innovative projects. Dan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
