Jeff Hill has over 30 years of diverse experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently a Buyer at Polyguard Products, Inc. since November 2015, Jeff previously served as Director of Operations for the Ennis Independent School District from July 2009 to July 2015, overseeing multiple departments and a large team. Their extensive background at Leggett & Platt includes roles such as Textile Division Manufacturing Manager and Continuous Improvement Director, managing multiple manufacturing facilities with significant revenue. Jeff's early career involved managing operations for Southwest Fibers and the Fashion Bed Group, where Jeff demonstrated expertise in high-volume manufacturing and distribution. Jeff holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering from N.E.C. Technical College.
