John Somers

John Somers is an experienced leader in the building materials and construction industry, currently serving as Vice President of the Building Products Group at Polyguard Products, Inc. since March 2016. In addition to this role, Somers functions as General Manager of Pg Brands and Polywall Building Solutions, overseeing high-quality engineered solutions and innovative building envelope products. With a strong background in sales and marketing, Somers previously held leadership positions at Dow Chemical and The Celotex Corp, managing large teams and driving significant growth in multiple regions. Somers holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clarkson University and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Alfred State College.
