Juergen Berkessel

Juergen Berkessel is the Co-Founder and CIO at Polymash. Juergen was previously employed at Deutsche Bank from May 1991 to July 2010, where they held the position of Director of Global Solution Delivery, Channel Management. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic harmonization of global customer facing product development in the Global Transaction Bank division, ensuring that global solutions adhere to a wider GTB growth strategy, while remaining flexible enough to accommodate regionally specific client needs.

scope of their work included Corporate and Financial Institutional Client Segments in Cash Management, Trade Finance, Financial Supply Chain, Trust and Securities Services, and increasingly integration of SMB, Retail and Capital Market product sets. Their responsibilities also included establishing a User Experience strategy and practice at DB, incorporation of client feedback and research into the technology delivery life-cycle, development of IT and Product Management engagement models, initialization of a cross GTB Portal Information Architecture practice and unbundling of services approach, UX harmonization and e-style standards across wider product sets, Host to Host Channels and Client Integration format strategy, contributing to GTB Portal Product Strategy and Development, development of a Portal Common Flexible Security Framework Solution supporting mobile and device-less authorization components.

Juergen Berkessel has a BA in Design from The University of Georgia. Juergen also has a certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in Licensed Commercial Drone Operator (Part 102). In addition, Juergen Berkessel is certified from HubSpot in Inbound Certification.
