Mohneet Dhir

Mohneet Dhir is a Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at &together, a financial planning firm established in October 2025 with a vision to provide exceptional client outcomes. Prior to this, Mohneet served at Vanguard from October 2018 to October 2025, holding roles including Head of Multi-Asset Product Specialism, Multi-Asset Product Specialist, and Fixed Income Product Specialist. Earlier experience includes working as a Portfolio Manager at Nomura Asset Management from February 2012 to October 2017, focusing on G10 rates, foreign exchange, and money markets, and as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. Mohneet began a career in finance as a Research Analyst at HFIM Hedge Funds Investment Management from November 2008 to April 2010, specializing in asset allocation and fund selection. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Law from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Middlesex University.
