Alberto Bravo

Alberto has spent over 10 years at leading law firms advising local and international clients on corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions and private equity placements. He holds a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics, a Master in Finance from Harvard University and a Law degree from Universidad del Rosario. Alberto also teaches Corporate Law to graduate and undergraduate students at Universidad del Rosario.
