Aleksandr Shadrin

Aleksandr Shadrin currently serves as a Senior Analog Design Engineer at POLYN Technology, specializing in chip design for edge AI applications, particularly in Neuromorphic Analog Signal Processing. Prior experience includes a Senior Analog Design Engineer role at Renesas Electronics, focusing on CMOS Integrated Inductive DC-DC Converters, along with responsibilities such as transistor-level design, layout review, and various simulations and analyses. Earlier, at ON Semiconductor, Aleksandr held the position of Senior Systems Design Engineer, managing the development and maintenance of memory compilers across multiple CMOS technologies and engaging in automated simulations and analyses for memory instance generation. Aleksandr holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics from Brno University of Technology and two Master's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Izhevsk State Technical University, where ongoing post-graduate studies are also in progress.
