Christophe Lenoir

Christophe Lenoir is an experienced professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at PolyPeptide Group since February 2020. Prior to this role, Christophe worked as Manager of Operational Excellence at Novasep and held various leadership positions at GSK, including Head of Operational Excellence for Manufacturing Performance Units, where contributions were made to the manufacturing and supply strategy for GSK Vaccines. Additional experience includes consulting on continuous improvement at CVO-EUROPE, managing QA technical functions at Lonza, and leading process design at Afton Chemical. Christophe began their career as a Research Engineer at UCLouvain, focusing on innovative environmental solutions. An educational background in Chemical and Bio-Industries Engineering was obtained from Université catholique de Louvain.
