Dr. Mandar Maduskar

Dr. Mandar Maduskar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in peptide research and development, currently serving as Head & Manager of R&D/AD at PolyPeptide Group since August 2023. Prior roles include Manager & Head of Process Research at Precise Biopharma Pvt. Ltd., and Manager of Process Research at Unichem Laboratories Limited, overseeing various aspects of peptide synthesis and purification. Dr. Maduskar has also contributed as a Peptide Research Specialist at AAPPTec in the USA, and held managerial positions in sales and business development at Intertek and LANXESS India Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, an MBA from the University of Madras, and a certification in Halal compliance.
