Monika Casanova

Monika Casanova has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Monika is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at PolyPeptide Group. Prior to this, they worked at Duravit AG, where they held the roles of Head of Global Human Resources and Head of Human Resources International and Compliance. Monika also held the position of Director International Human Resources at Paul Hartmann AG and served as the Head of CCO HR Centres of Expertise & HR at Takeda Pharmaceuticals International GmbH. Additionally, they have held various HR leadership positions at Nycomed International Management GmbH and ALTANA Pharma AG. Monika'sexpertise includes international HR management, talent management, compensation and benefits, and project management.

Monika Casanova attended the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau from 1998 to 2003 and obtained a degree in Diplom-Wirtschaftsromanistin (FH) with a focus on Languages & Business Administration. In addition, they studied at Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne from 2000 to 2001 and earned a degree in Techniques de Commercialisation (D.U.E.T.I.).
