Shikha Wadhwa

Shikha Wadhwa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Corporate Manager HR at Polyplex Corporation Ltd. since July 2007, Shikha oversees HRIS, recruitment, selection, training and development, employee engagement, performance appraisal, competency mapping, and HR MIS. Prior experience includes a role as Executive HR at Dabur India Limited from July 2006 to June 2007, focusing on recruitment, selection, and training. Shikha is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis International University, along with additional qualifications in training and office management.
