Steve Carlstrom, ASQ CQE, currently serves as a Lean Manufacturing Quality Engineer at PolyScience since September 2015, where Steve champions lean initiatives and developed a time-tested inventory control system. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions including Quality Engineer at Plexus Corp., where Steve ensured compliance with customer quality standards, and at Beltone Corporation, where Steve managed the Quality Management System in accordance with FDA and ISO regulations. Steve has also contributed as a Lean Coordinator at Everpure, LLC, and in industrial engineering roles at Culligan and Chicago Faucets, focusing on continuous improvement, manufacturing methods, and efficiency optimization. Steve obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the College of Chicago.
