Matt Stone - The Realest Recruiter has been in the recruitment industry since 2014. Matt began their career at EFPR Group LLP as a Senior Audit Associate. In 2016, they joined Armanino LLP as a Senior Audit Associate and later moved into the role of Business Development Manager and Senior Recruiter, Audit & Risk Advisory. In 2017, they joined Proven Recruiting as an Associate Partner - Business Development and in 2018, they took on the role of Director of Business Development & Operations at Dryver. Currently, Matt is employed at both PolySign, Inc. and MG Stover & Co. as a Talent Acquisition.
