Wan Ying Teoh

Wan Ying Teoh is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as Vice President of Actuarial Services at PolySystems, Inc. since June 2019, following a previous role as Manager of Actuarial Services at the same company from November 2014 to August 2018. Teoh has a strong background in valuation and projection software for Annuity products and has developed comprehensive software testing processes while assisting in the creation of actuarial specifications for both professional and regulatory standards. Prior to PolySystems, Teoh worked at Towers Watson as an Actuarial Associate, focusing on actuarial modeling and validation of various insurance products, alongside data analysis and asset-liability management modeling. Teoh's earlier experience includes academic roles at the University of Michigan, where work included coaching and tutoring in mathematics and economics. Teoh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Michigan.
