Jasper Finders has extensive experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as Teamleader Customer-Service at POLYTEC GROUP since September 2012, where responsibilities include direct management of Customer-Service Representatives and implementing improvements to ensure reliability in service delivery. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at POLYTEC GROUP, collaborating with Daimler AG to establish a new logistics concept for Full Container Load deliveries to countries such as South Africa, China, and the USA. Earlier in the career, Jasper worked at Jan de Rijk Logistics as an Allrounder, managing customer service for a major industrial client and contributing to business development through the implementation of a new planning system. Jasper holds a Bachelor's degree in Sportmarketing and Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
