Martin Vavron

Martin Vavron is currently working as a Plant Lean Manager at POLYTEC GROUP. Prior to this, Martin held the position of Procesní technik at Ideal Automotive for six years. Before that, Martin worked as a Mistr výroby at Borgers Cs Spol. S R.o. for over a decade. Martin's expertise includes overseeing production processes, implementing new projects, optimizing manufacturing processes, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring quality control. Martin holds a Lean Six Sigma Black belt and Green belt certification and completed their education at Gymnázium Rokycany.
