Massimiliano Valerio Astolfi

Massimiliano Valerio Astolfi has extensive work experience in financial control and business controlling roles. Massimiliano Valerio is currently the Head of Financial Control at Pomellato, where they lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the brand. Massimiliano Valerio collaborates with senior management in strategic decision-making and works with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's profitability in the long term. Additionally, they have been responsible for P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet activities at a global level.

Prior to Pomellato, they served as the Head of Business Controlling at TOD'S from 2017 to 2023. Massimiliano Valerio also held the position of Head of Controlling at Infront Sports & Media AG from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Prada as a Planning and Reporting Group Controller and as a Communication & External Relations Controller. Massimiliano Valerio also gained experience in the fashion industry at Dolce & Gabbana as an Industrial Controller and in Corporate Administration & Finance.

Massimiliano Valerio Astolfi completed their Executive Master of Business Administration from the POLIMI Graduate School of Management between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Management per l'impresa from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2006 to 2009. Massimiliano Valerio also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università Bocconi, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Astolfi has obtained certifications in Financial Modeling Foundations from LinkedIn in 2022 and in OCP - Business Transformation Leaders from the POLIMI Graduate School of Management in 2022. Furthermore, they completed the Leadership Lab certification from QUADRIFOR - COMPETENZE PER IL MIDDLE MANAGEMENT DEL TERZIARIO in 2017.
