Charishma Chotalia

Charishma Chotalia has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles.

Charishma started their career as a Lab Manager at Stanford University's Mood and Anxiety Disorders Lab from June 2010 to May 2012.

In 2014, they worked as a Project Manager at Samasource for a year.

From 2015 to 2017, Charishma Chotalia served as the Regional Director of Programs at Viamo, where they defined and executed the go-to-market strategy in South Asia.

Following that, they joined Branch International as a General Manager from April 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing a global Android-powered mobile lending company.

Charishma Chotalia then joined Brightline as Senior Director, Care Operations from August 2020 to February 2022. In this position, they built the member support, revenue cycle management, and provider operations functions. Charishma later transitioned to the role of Senior Director, Growth Operations, where they developed and operationalized the care team scaling strategy.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Care Operations at Pomelo Care, starting in October 2022.
