Megan Hepler

Megan Hepler is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as Controller at Pomelo Care since December 2024, Megan previously held the role of Controller at Flatiron Health from June 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing revenue management and organizational financial performance. Prior to that, Megan served as a Senior Manager in Global Advisory and Policy at Morgan Stanley from January 2017 to June 2019. Additionally, Megan's career began at EY as an Assurance Manager in the Financial Services Office within the Banking and Capital Markets Sector from August 2011 to 2016. Academically, Megan holds a Master of Accounting (2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (2010) from Penn State University.
