Casey Liang

Casey Liang is the Co-Founder and CFO of Pomelo Fashion, a leading online fashion retailer in Southeast Asia. Casey has over 9 years of experience in the e-commerce and fashion industries, and has played a pivotal role in Pomelo’s growth and success.

Prior to Pomelo, Casey was the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Lazada Thailand, the country’s largest online shopping site. Casey oversaw all aspects of Lazada’s operations in Thailand, including marketing, merchandising, logistics, and customer service. Under their leadership, Lazada Thailand became the fastest growing online shopping site in the country.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Casey worked in private equity at Vector Capital Management and in technology investment banking at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital. Casey started their career as a Co-Founder of The Boxing Co., a storage and shipping company for university students.

Casey holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.

Casey Liang attended Northwestern University from 2003-2007, where they earned a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics. Casey also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. Casey finished their education at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in 2003.
