John Skubel

John Skubel is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the VP of Sales at Pomerium since June 2024, John also provides advisory support at Feroot from June 2021. Prior to these roles, John held significant positions at Netlify, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Sales and Head of Gatsby Sales after Gatsby was acquired by Netlify in February 2023. John's background includes a tenure as VP of Sales at Bugsnag, which was acquired by SmartBear in May 2021, and as RVP of West Sales at Duo Security before its acquisition by Cisco in October 2018. Earlier positions include roles at ClearSlide, Inc., Thompson Creek Window Company, and Sentia Language School. John holds a BA in History from Kenyon College, completed in 2007.
