Rj Beers

RJ Beers currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Pomerium since September 2024. Prior to this role, RJ worked at Netlify from January 2021 to September 2024 as Senior Director of Technical Services and previously as Director of Software Engineering, overseeing the core platform used by 4 million developers and leading financial operations within engineering. At Oracle, from August 2016 to January 2021, RJ held various managerial positions, streamlining NodeJS/React development and reducing implementation costs significantly. Other roles included Web Implementation Engineering Manager at Opower and Software Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton. RJ holds a BS in Computer Science from Penn State University and attended The Johns Hopkins University for a Master's in Information Systems Engineering.
