Alessandro Dalpozzo

Alessandro Dalpozzo is currently the Director Workforce Planning & TA Excellence at Pomerleau. With experience in various companies such as Alcoa, Commissionnaires du Québec, Coveo, and Procom, Alessandro has showcased expertise in talent acquisition, HR marketing, and operations management. Alessandro is a co-founder of Outline Montreal, a brand specializing in interactive music-reactive devices. Alessandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Université de Montréal and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM). Alessandro has also completed courses in Contract Law, Front-End Javascript, and Trading Simulation.
