Alex Demers, MBA, PMP, CCMAP, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Development for Major Projects at Pomerleau and is a member of the Board of Governors at Bishop's University, as well as a Board member for Instappraise. Prior roles include various leadership positions at SNC-Lavalin and WorleyParsons, focusing on materials management, procurement, and operational strategies for large-scale projects.
