Benoit Fillion

Benoit Fillion is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with over 20 years of experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice-President of Talent, Culture, and Leadership at Pomerleau since August 2023, Benoit previously held the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Goodfood Market from March 2019 to August 2023. Benoit's career also includes significant roles at Airbnb as Head of HR for Lux, at Autodesk as HR Director for Media & Entertainment and Canada, and at Fido as HR Director, where Benoit led the integration during the Fido-Rogers acquisition. Early career experience includes a key role as HR Director at the BCE-Amdocs spinoff. Benoit holds a PhD in Industrial Relations from Université de Montreal, a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Université du Québec en Outaouais, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
