Courtney Ramsay

Courtney Ramsay has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their career in 2005 at Great Gulf Homes as a Site Clerk. In 2007, they moved to Chaltis Technologies as an Executive Assistant. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Revera Inc. as a Ward Clerk and later as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2011, they joined Pomerleau as a Human Resources Advisor and steadily progressed to the roles of Director - Talent, Culture & Leadership in 2018, and presently serve as a Senior Director - Talent, Culture & Leadership since July 2022. Through their various roles, Courtney has developed expertise in talent acquisition, leadership, and human resources.

Courtney Ramsay has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Sheridan College, obtained from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Courtney Ramsay completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Nipissing University in 2010.
