Daniel Lessard

COO, Civil & Infrastructure at Pomerleau

A member of the executive committee, Daniel leads all operations related to civil and infrastructure works across Canada. He is also a member of the board of directors of Borea Construction, leader in renewable energy construction projects in Canada. He defines the division’s business plan and establishes its financial objectives, identifies opportunities and oversees project management, in conjunction with our regional managers. Daniel participates in the development of work execution strategies and ensures that his team meets the project’s quality, budget and schedule goals so that it is successful on all fronts.

Daniel has actively contributed to the company's growth for more than 24 years, first in building projects, then in major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This has allowed him to become knowledgeable with all the project implementation methods.

He graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke and is a member of the Quebec Order of Engineer since 1996. In 2009, he obtained his LEED® AP BD+C certification.

Since 2016, Daniel has been involved in the Charles-Bruneau Foundation flagship fundraising event, namely its gastronomic dinner.
