Virginie Hébert

Virginie HECQ has extensive experience in social services management, currently serving as Cheffe de service du service développement at AFEJI since April 2014, overseeing project coordination and staff management across various profiles. Previously, Virginie held multiple roles within AFEJI, including Chargée de mission QVT, focusing on quality of work life and risk prevention initiatives, and Responsable qualité, facilitating continuous improvement in service quality. Earlier experience includes positions at Fondation de l'Armée du Salut, where Virginie served as Adjointe de direction in the Pôle hébergement and led emergency housing services for vulnerable populations. Virginie HECQ holds a CAFERUIS certification from the Intervention Formation Action Recherche (IFAR) program, completed between 2008 and 2011.
