Jeremy Griggs

Jeremy Griggs, MBA, serves as the VP Finance/Treasurer at Pomeroy since March 2024, focusing on financial reporting, planning, budgeting, treasury management, and insurance/risk associated with mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes VP Finance/CFO (Interim) at Arcserve, where Jeremy led a successful restructuring and was a board member on 17 international boards, managing accounting operations and banking relations. Additional roles include Sr Director of FP&A at Arcserve, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at StorageCraft Technology Corp., and Director of Financial Operations & Reporting at LeisureLink Inc. with a solid foundation in financial management gained from positions at Overstock.com, PRG Schultz, and Consonus/Sunturn, and an early career in customer service at Franklin Covey. Jeremy holds an MBA in Accounting and a BA in Finance from the University of Utah.
