With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and a Master of Arts in International Hospitality Management from Swiss Hotel Management School, Elizabeth has demonstrated expertise in leading front of house operations, housekeeping, and guest services. Elizabeth's experience at luxury hotels such as Fairmont Pacific Rim and Fairmont Royal York highlights their ability to drive excellence and streamline operations to improve overall guest satisfaction and service quality.
